We grow and hand pick several cultivars of  olives. The three Tuscan classics of Leccino, Frantoio  and Ascolano. Koroneiki, the archetypal Greek  and  Northland’s unique J5 olive.

Process

Olive Oil Processing

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-pressed on site in our  boutique olive press, and bottled at the Estate. We also press and process large or small quantities of olives for many other growers in our certified facility – please contact us if you are interested in having us process your olives.
